    5. Confirmation of Registration
    Invitation Letter, Registration Fee Breakdown, and Visa Application Information will be emailed within 7 working days.

    6. Selection of Workshop and Taipei Cultural Tour
    Open on Accupass Mar. 1, 2017 (GMT+8).

    7. Your GUIDE to Interota 2017 Taipei
    A Pre-Conference Notification and Registration QR Code

    1. Registration Procedure

    I. Does the registration system only accept payment by credit card?

    A: Yes, the registration system accepts payment by CREDIT CARD only.

     

    II. Does the registration fee include the cost of accommodation and air ticket?

    A: The registration fee includes the cost of accommodation, meals, transportation (airport transfer excluded), activities, conference kit, T-shirt, and group insurance during the conference. Air ticket is not included.

     

    III. The system showed that I have registered successfully. Why haven’t I received “Confirmation of Registration”?

    A: Please contact us via email (info@interota2017.org) and tell us your name and passport no. We will check your registration status for you.

    2. Personal Information Revision

    I. Where can I review my personal information?

    A: Once you have complete registration and payment, the registration system will send you the “Confirmation of Payment” with the personal information you have submitted.

     

    II. I need to revise my personal information. What can I do?.

    A: Please go to our official website www.interota2017.org and download the “Personal Information Revision Request Form” under the REGISTRATION tab. Send the completed “Personal Information Revision Request Form” with supporting documents to “Registration and Visa Section” (info@interota2017.org). Once the request is confirmed, we will help you revise your information and send the “Confirmation of Personal Information Update” within 7 working days.

     

    III. Why haven’t I received the “Confirmation of Personal Information Update”?

    A: Please contact us via email (info@interota2017.org) and tell us your name and passport no. We will check it for you.

    3. Registration Transfer

     

    I. My transferee and I belong to different categories (e.g. Rotaractor transferring to Alumnus). Can we apply for registration transfer?

    A: The transferee and the transferor must fall into the same category. No transfers will be allowed between registrants of different categories.

     

    II. Can I register again after my successful registration transfer?

    A: Yes, you can register again after your transfer. The new registration fee will go by the registration batch when you register again.

     

    III. If I have successfully transferred my registration, can I transfer it back?

    A: After a registration is successfully transferred, the transferee cannot apply for another “Registration Transfer Request”.

     

    IV. Why haven’t I received the “Confirmation of Registration Transfer”?

    A: Please contact us via email (info@interota2017.org) and tell us your name and passport no. We will check it for you.

    4. Personal Information Revision Procedure

    If the registrant’s personal information requires modification, please submit the request to the Organizer and follow the instructions below.

     

    I. Personal information revision requests must be made between Sep. 11, 2016 and Jul. 15, 2017 (GMT+8,Taipei Time).

    II. Personal Information Revision Procedure

    1. Please go to the official website www.interota2017.org and download the “Personal Information Revision Request Form” under the Registration tab.
    2. Once completed, please email the Form to the “Registration and Visa Section” (info@interota2017.org) with the subject: “Personal Information Revision Request - Full Name of ‘Registrant’”.
    3. Once the Organizer confirms the revision, a “Confirmation of Personal Information Update” will be sent to the registrant accordingly within seven working days.

    III. Personal information revision only applies to the registered personal information from the registrant. Alterations on the selected theme of Workshops and route of Taipei tour are not applicable.
